Shipping and delivery

silkClick.com is delighted to offer free of charge delivery nearly anywhere in the world, with standard shipment operated by Thailand Post International. Faster delivery with a courier (Fedex International) is also possible for a small additional fee.

Normally all orders are dispatched within 24h of the confirmation. Exceptions may apply in case of special orders or incorrect/incomplete contact or delivery information.

Return and Refund Policies

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything purchased from silkClick.com, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of goods receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns can be made through mail. Please include: order number, article number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized or made-to measure order.

silkClick.com applies full refund policy (including shipping cost) if the products are delivered damaged, different from description or if the return is a result of silkClick.com error.
