  2. What shipping methods can I choose from?

    You can choose between two options:

    1. FREE of charge delivery worldwide with standard shipment operated by Thailand Post International,
    2. Fedex International delivery.

  3. How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?

    FREE of charge delivery usually takes about 2-3 weeks depending on the shipping country, Fedex International delivery takes approximately 1 week.

  4. How long does it take for the order to be processed?

    Normally all orders are dispatched within 24h of the confirmation.

  5. Do you ship to my country?

    silkClick.com is pleased to deliver nearly anywhere in the world! If FedEx is available in your country, we can deliver there as well!

  6. Can I get a tracking number for my order?

    When Fedex International shipping method is used, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you for tracking the order. No tracking number is available for FREE deliveries.

  7. Are gift wraps available for purchased items?

    All products are delivered wrapped in a beautiful, completely handmade mulberry paper. The complimentary elegant packaging is perfect for any occasion.

  8. What is your return policy?

    If for some reason you should wish to return anything purchased from silkClick.com, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of goods receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.

    All silkClick.com products are made of pure 100% Thai silk. Furthermore, we deal only with silk handwoven in small villages in Thailand.
